Each Ella Winston bag is meticulously handmade using a 40 step process. Only the finest thread, interfacing and fabrics are used to create each custom made bag. They are sewn together with great attention to detail and finished with French seams for a truly elegant interior look. The bags are all topped with high quality metal frames and matching chains. The silver and gold rhinestone frames are not only beautiful, but they are truly unique. All clutches are constructed to last and keep their shape. All clutches are constructed in a smoke free and pet free environment.

About the Designer: 
"My name is Neera Varsani. I am of Indian origin and was born and brought up in Nairobi, Kenya and I currently reside in London. My interest in fashion goes back to my much younger days, which then as a teenager I pursued in my studies. This started off at college level and ending up with a BA Honors in fashion designing and pattern cutting at the London College of fashion. I always knew that I will have my own business in designing and making clothes, however as this journey progressed, I realized that clutch bags were my strongest point and passion. It all started in my garage in my house, which was more my study area and studio in which I used to design and make clothes for myself, which has now become my work place and mini factory."

Superhero multi-tasker with a passion for culinary experimentation (cooking) and fiction. When she's not split a million ways between answering emails, yoga, fabric shopping, Pinterest, reviving (other people's) dead plants and running errands, you can find her in deep intellectual conversation with her cat (so she claims).

Then & Now:

Davie & Chiyo emerged in 2008 as a pet project for Vancouver sister duo, Fumi and Himi Bull. One a recent business school graduate and the other a stay‐at­‐home mom, they both had a passion for all things handmade. They started small with a giftshop on Etsy selling handmade pouches and purses, and before they knew it were specializing in custom, one-of-a-kind clutches for every member of the bridal party. “We had never really planned on working in the bridal market - it found us.”

Fast-forward five years and what was once a one sewing machine operation has grown into a multi-machine studio, with two more team members under its belt. Davie & Chiyo's ultra-­femme line boasts lush bows, decadent silks, airy chiffons, ruffles, lace, and workmanship so refined it sets your heart aflutter. Their passion for evening and bridal designs has expanded beyond luxury clutches to include a line of head-to-toe accessories with a worldwide following. When asked about what's next for the bridal label, "We dream big, so the sky's the limit."
